Privacy Policy
Dentaldfy runs patient acquisition for dental clinics in Pakistan and builds clinic websites. This policy covers what we collect from visitors to this website, from people who book a call with us, and from people who send us their details through a form on Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
What we collect
- What you enter when you book a call: your name, clinic name and city, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and your answers to the booking questions.
- What you enter in a Meta lead form about our services: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, and your answers. Meta delivers these to us; Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with them.
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type), if analytics are enabled.
- Meta Pixel data used for advertising measurement, if the Pixel is enabled: pages viewed, browser and device information, ad or cookie identifiers, and hashed contact details if you provide them.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold the call you asked for, and to follow up about the service you enquired about.
- To reply on WhatsApp or by email. Reply "stop" or unsubscribe at any time and we stop.
- To measure ad performance and attribute enquiries through Meta.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone.
- We do not collect patient health information through this website. Patient enquiries we handle for a clinic belong to that clinic and are covered by the clinic's own agreement with us.
Meta processes Pixel and lead-form data under its own privacy policy. You can limit advertising cookies through your browser or your Meta settings.
Storage and access
Contact details are stored in our scheduling and CRM systems. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mo.rayyan2002@gmail.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
