A personal introduction
Hi, I’m Rayyan.
Let’s talk about your next patient.
I build AI systems that help businesses turn enquiries into booked calls. Now I’m bringing that work to dental clinics in Pakistan.
- AI enquiry handling
- Appointment booking
- Ads, when you need them

The work behind the offer
Engineering first.
Client acquisition every day.
I’ve spent 2–3 years working as an AI engineer. For the past year, I’ve been working at Client Acquisition, helping businesses and agencies generate leads.
Building the systems and automations that make a business’s follow-up work.
Working on lead generation, follow-up and booking systems for businesses and agencies internationally.
Applying that experience to one focused offer for Pakistani dental clinics.
A look behind the scenes
Let me show you the work in action.
I’ll walk you through the Discord server where the clients I work with share booked calls, closed deals and updates from their businesses.
This is my international client acquisition work. It gives you context for my experience; it is not a Pakistan dental case study.

What we’ll look at together
- 01Calls being booked
How enquiries move into a real conversation.
- 02Deals being closed

Why I started DentalDFY
I’ve been building this for businesses abroad.
I want to bring it home.
I see an opportunity to bring the same connected approach—ads, AI follow-up and appointment booking—to dentists here in Pakistan.
This is my first offer in Pakistan. You’re working directly with the person building and implementing your system.
Where an enquiry gets lost
An interested patient still needs a next step.
Someone asks about a treatment. Your team is busy. The reply comes later, the conversation trails off, and no appointment gets booked.
DentalDFY connects that conversation to your clinic’s calendar, so your team has a clear next step for each enquiry.
Three things need to work together
- 01Get the enquiry
Reach people interested in your treatments.
- 02Keep the conversation moving
Reply, follow up and answer routine booking questions.
- 03Offer an appointment
Give the patient a real slot at your clinic.
The core of your package
An AI assistant for your patient enquiries.
We set up your AI SDR—an enquiry and appointment assistant—around your clinic, treatments and availability.
Respond promptly
Handle incoming enquiries with information approved by your clinic.
Ask the right questions
Find out what treatment the person is interested in and whether they want a consultation.
Offer a real slot
Move interested patients towards an appointment in your calendar.
Keep in touch
Follow up on open enquiries and send appointment reminders.
Your team handles clinical questions, diagnosis and treatment decisions. The assistant handles the enquiry and booking conversation.
See it in action · Live demo
Let’s try a patient enquiry together.
I’ll show you how the AI SDR handles an enquiry, keeps the conversation moving and helps someone book a consultation.
A sample enquiry to try
“Hi, I’m interested in aligners. Can I book a consultation?”
A demonstration scenario. We’ll use a test enquiry to show the flow.

Getting people into the system
Already running ads?
We start there.
If you already have ads bringing in enquiries, we connect the AI SDR to that flow.
If you aren’t running ads, we help set them up as part of the package, so there’s a way for new patients to find you.
One connected flow
- Your clinic’s offer
We agree which treatments and enquiries to focus on.
- Ads & enquiry capture
Build the route from an interested person to a conversation with your clinic.
- AI follow-up & booking
Connect those enquiries to your appointment process.
Campaign scope and advertising budget are confirmed with you before launch.
From yes to launch
We build it around your clinic.
Agree the focus
Your treatments, clinic details, current enquiry flow and appointment availability.
Set up the system
Your AI assistant, booking flow and ads if you need them.
Test it together
Walk through an enquiry and booking. Your team approves the information patients see.
Put it to work
Launch the agreed flow and review enquiries and appointments together.
You provide the clinic information and availability. Your team welcomes patients, confirms attendance and delivers the care.
The whole package
Your investment.
For the complete agreed package: your AI SDR, enquiry-to-booking setup, and ads setup if you aren’t currently running ads.
Package scope, delivery period, advertising budget and the balance payment terms are agreed in writing before we start.
Two payments
To start your setup
Due at the milestone we agree in writing
This is a paid service. The call is an opportunity to discuss whether it fits your clinic.
Let’s work out the fit
Let’s map this to your clinic.
We’ll look at how enquiries reach you today, which treatments you want to grow, and how the AI SDR would fit into your team’s day.
If it makes sense for both of us, we agree the scope and payment terms, then start with the Rs. 50,000 upfront payment.
Bring three things to the call
- 01Your clinic’s city and the treatments you want to focus on.
- 02How you currently get enquiries, including any ads you’re running.
- 03Who handles replies and what appointment availability looks like.
